A reflective Jyotish product
Soul's Journey provides deterministic chart calculations, reflective readings, Premium 360° reports, and—where enabled—My Jyotishi conversations. The chart describes patterns and capacities, not fixed destiny. Free will, conduct, context, spiritual practice, and professional judgment remain your own.
Astrological and AI-assisted results can be incomplete, uncertain, or wrong. Do not treat them as guarantees of an event, outcome, compatibility, diagnosis, return, legal position, or personal decision.
Safety and professional-care boundaries
- Health language may reflect stress, sensitivity, or a period that calls for care, but it does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or predict a medical or mental-health condition.
- Financial or career language may describe themes or timing, but it is not investment, tax, credit, insurance, business, or other financial advice.
- Legal language is not a legal opinion and cannot replace advice from a qualified lawyer.
- Relationship guidance may describe supportive, challenging, reflective, or communicative periods. It will not instruct a person to end a marriage or relationship, and must not be used as the sole basis for a material relationship decision.
- For danger, abuse, or a medical or mental-health emergency, contact appropriate local emergency services or a qualified professional.
A visible reminder of these boundaries will remain available in My Jyotishi when that feature is enabled.
Guest access, accounts, and authorized charts
Guest-first features may be used without optional email sign-in. You may use a name or pseudonym. Submit birth information only for yourself or a person whose informed permission you have. Only a parent or legal guardian may create or manage a minor or dependent person's chart, report, persona, or conversation.
Do not probe security, bypass limits, replay purchases, scrape or redistribute protected content, automate abusive traffic, submit unlawful material, impersonate another person, interfere with others, or reverse engineer where prohibited. We may restrict access to address abuse, fraud, security risk, or law.
Paid products, subscriptions, and access
Available products, localized prices, taxes, billing periods, renewal terms, and confirmation are displayed by Apple or Google before purchase. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled through the store account. Refunds follow store rules.
- Standalone Premium 360°: one complete report for the selected chart. It never unlocks My Jyotishi.
- Monthly: one persistent subscription-eligible persona backed one-to-one by one included Premium 360° report, with My Jyotishi while active.
- Annual: up to five persistent personas, each backed one-to-one by an included Premium 360° report, with My Jyotishi while active.
- Extra Rendezvous: a subscriber-only consumable adding one bounded session for an eligible persona, typically enough for approximately 50 back-and-forth exchanges. The exact number varies with depth and length. It expires after 30 days and creates no persona or report.
Monthly and Annual include the same account-level fair-use pool: one Rendezvous each week, with flexibility to use up to five during the subscription month. Annual shares this allowance across eligible personas. Normal chat has no quota or turn counter; warm boundary choices appear only when a limit is reached.
An uninterrupted renewal preserves the existing persona, chart, and conversation history. Deleting an account is separate from cancelling a store subscription.
Your information and product content
You keep rights in information you submit and permit us and our processors to use it only to provide, secure, support, and lawfully operate the requested service under the Privacy Policy.
The app, report structure, governed content, design, and branding are owned by Zero Entropy Lab Pvt Ltd or its licensors. We grant a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the app and lawfully obtained reports for personal use. Do not sell, publish, scrape, systematically extract, or redistribute protected content without permission.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted access or a specific generation time. A report is not customer-ready until its release checks accept it. Features may change for safety, quality, security, law, provider, platform, or sustainability reasons, while applicable store and consumer rights continue.
Disclaimers and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soul's Journey is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties not required by law. Zero Entropy Lab Pvt Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss, or loss caused by reliance on astrological or AI-assisted output. Nothing excludes liability or mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination and deletion
You may stop using the app or request deletion at any time. Deletion removes the account and associated product data except narrow records required for fraud prevention, security, transactions, tax, legal claims, or another legal obligation. It does not cancel Apple or Google billing. See Delete account.
Apple and store terms
For iOS, these Terms supplement—and do not replace—Apple's applicable Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement and App Store terms. A controlling store term or mandatory consumer law applies where required.
Governing rules and contact
These terms operate subject to mandatory consumer and data-protection law where you live. Contact support@zeroentropylab.com or use Support. Material changes will show a new effective date.
